By accessing or using cardbrAIn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

cardbrAIn is a trading card management platform that uses artificial intelligence to identify cards, estimate values, track collections, and generate market insights. The Service is intended for collectors, hobbyists, and individuals interested in the trading card market.

All valuations, arbitrage signals, price alerts, and market data provided by cardbrAIn are AI-generated estimates based on publicly available information. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Guarantees of future value or profit

cardbrAIn is not a registered investment advisor. You assume all risk for any buying, selling, or trading decisions you make based on information from this platform.

cardbrAIn uses large language models (AI) to generate card identifications, condition grades, market valuations, newsletter content, and arbitrage signals. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. cardbrAIn makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Card grading estimates are AI approximations only and are not a substitute for professional grading services such as PSA, BGS, or SGC.

cardbrAIn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with eBay, COMC, TCGPlayer, or any other marketplace. Links and pre-filled listing tools are provided as a convenience only. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Scan limits and feature access are determined by your current active plan. cardbrAIn reserves the right to modify plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

By uploading images or data to cardbrAIn, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your card images with third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cardbrAIn and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from acting on AI-generated signals or valuations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Account information (email address, name)
• Card images you upload for scanning
• Collection data, want lists, and sale records you create
• Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data and feature interactions

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To send you newsletters, alerts, and notifications you've opted into
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To generate AI-powered card analysis on your behalf

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• AI providers — card images and queries are processed by third-party AI models to provide the Service

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use minimal session-based authentication tokens. We do not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral data.
